A riskier tactic you might try is to trade with a tiny lot size 5–15 minutes after news occurrences. Lots=0.01
Close all open deals and turn off auto-trading at least 30 to 60 minutes prior to the middle and high impact news events on the relevant instruments to guarantee we mitigate high risk. Personally, if you already have no active trades or a low drawdown, I advise exiting even 1.5 hours before the news.
